City Hall Entrance Second Floor Lobby

This project encompassed master planning of a five-city-block campus renovation, a 30,000 square foot City Hall addition, a 45,000 square foot non-ductile concrete seismic renovation of the orginal City Hall Building including complete interior renovation, integrated on-site parking, and an overall unification of the campus. The project also involved the upgrade and remodel of the Public Safety Building. The project budget for this multi-phase, six-year project was $18 million.
