President, CEO

Mr. Burns co-founded Collaborative Design Architects Inc. in 1979.  With over 41 years of professional design experience, he has been designing and building public and private structures throughout the western United States and Hawaii.  Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), Mr. Burns is a registered architect in California and Hawaii.

Kolby J. Fehlberg-Burns
CFO

Ms. Fehlberg-Burns joined Collaborative Design Architects Inc. in 1985 after having worked for another architectural firm for over ten years.  In 1985, she co-founded the Northern California office. Ms. Fehlberg-Burns is responsible for all the day-to-day operations and financial aspects of the firm as well as space planning, interior design, signage design and color selection of the projects produced by CDA Inc.
